Nkem Owoh in alleged land tussle with widow in Enugu state…..

Nkem Owoh, has been summoned before the Enugu State Commissioner of Police in a petition signed by a widow, whose land Nkem is alleged to have fraudulently acquired.
On September 30,
according to the report, the popular actor with the screen name “Osuofia” bought a disputed land and invaded the land with thugs, where a widow had built a house. And the whole house was demolished.
The land belongs to this widow, who had secured it with the husband before the man passed on. But Osuofia got the title documents from God knows where and when it became clear he wrongfully bought the land, he tried to dialogue with the widow, Mrs Gloria Ayogu, to sell but she declined. The woman insisted she was not selling because that was the only thing her husband, Late Ben Ayogu, left for her three young children, the oldest was just five years when their father died.
After several pleas with the woman to sell the land which fell on deaf ears, Nkem decided to use force through thugs. And with the help of thugs Nkem demolished the widows house on the 30^th day of September.
“I call on men of goodwill to join in condemning this dastardly act of this man. He had been bribing his way around police circles but a petition is currently before the Enugu State Commissioner of Police on this matter,” said the widow.
